His journey began at Dubrovnik Premium Services, where he worked as a Portfolio and Guest Relations Manager. There, Stanko was responsible for selecting only the finest 5-star villas in the Dubrovnik area and providing high-end concierge services to our guests during the season.

Stanko also built strong international connections, partnering with renowned travel agencies based in the UK, further expanding his network and standards of excellence.

Later, he took a new step in his professional path and joined Colliers International, one of the world’s leading real estate companies, where Stanko was part of the Dubrovnik branch office. This experience deepened his knowledge of the luxury property market and broadened his perspective on what makes a villa not just a place to stay, but a place to belong.

Today, after more than a decade of successfully managing his own villa and being immersed in the world of hospitality and real estate, Stanko decided to bring all his knowledge and experience together and channel it into his own travel agency.
