1. Services Provided
Brac Escape acts as an intermediary between clients and local service providers, including villas, excursions, and transport.

2. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (amount may vary per service).
Full payment is due [insert period] before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
All prices include VAT and agency commission (16% + VAT).

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked.
Brac Escape will communicate specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed minus administrative or provider fees.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate personal and booking information.
Clients are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations during their stay.

5. Liability
Brac Escape is not liable for:
– Acts of third-party service providers
– Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
– Personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence

6. Complaints
All complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Split.
